Sponsorship Request
Cost of Sponsorship: $20.00, includes the registration fee.
Procedure: First, contact our Board members to request to sponsor. Once approved, return to this page and submit Payment online (at the bottom of this page).

Sponsor Benefits:
- 10-minute presentation
- Promotion of your business and presentation on our website and on Facebook and in the email blasts we send to over 400 fabulous women
- Display table provided to showcase your products, services and information (at in-person luncheons).
Sponsor Requirements (at in-person luncheons)
- Arrive in time to be completely set up by 11:45 am
- Plan to stay after for additional relationship building
- Be prepared by planning a rehearsed 10 minute talk, using the “less is more” concept. Too much information overwhelms guests
- Manage your speaking time, you will not be allowed to run over time

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT: This agreement is for the purpose of outlining the details of your upcoming sponsorship with Women of Santa Fe Networking Group. Please fill out the request form below and acknowledge our policies by signing.
Once you have been approved by an administrator, please go to this page to pay the Sponsorship fee. Do not pay the fee until you have heard from one of the board members with approval. The Sponsorship fee includes the $5 registration fee.
Policies
Because of our commitment to our host, we can not offer any cancellations or refunds. You can send a substitute in your place. We are obligated to deliver full payment whether or not you show up after that day.
Sponsors must reserve and pay in advance or a new sponsor will be found. If a sponsor cancels between 7 days before the meeting, the sponsor fee can be applied to a future date.
Please do not pay until you have been approved by a board member.
